sardine with redcurrants
- make 2 cuts on each of the sardine, season with pepper.2. heat jelly , lime and sherry. Brush the jelly over the sardines and place in a preheated grill. Carefully turn when grilling on the other side. 3. serve with salad and lime wedges.
